Ordered the wrong shade? Again due to hygiene reasons returns are not acceptable. PLEASE double check before ordering. 

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 1 day of item received) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
